  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues and service gaps

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in BPO or contact center environment
  • Strong communication skills with clear articulation in English and Filipino
  • Proficiency in multitasking and working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable with hybrid work model and reliable home office setup
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
