Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Educate customers about our products and services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to improve service quality and resolve escalations.
  • Process transactions, account updates, and service requests accurately.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; high school graduates with extensive experience are also welcome.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (office and remote).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
  • High level of patience, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to undergo training and learn new processes quickly.
