Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including voice, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and report directly to your assigned Team Leader to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Contribute to team success by identifying process improvements and sharing best practices.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to provide accurate and timely information.
- Adhere to established quality standards and productivity metrics to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
