- Handle inbound customer calls and chats in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Resolve product‑ or service‑related inquiries, providing accurate information and troubleshooting steps.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college students or graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Filipino language is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a dayshift schedule.
