- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, and transactions
- Resolve account issues, payment discrepancies, and service complaints efficiently
- Process account updates, transfers, and service requests following banking protocols
- Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance and data security standards
- Identify opportunities to promote additional banking services to meet customer needs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in banking or finance
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
