Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in banking or financial services
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic understanding of banking products and regulations
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
