Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and banking products in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of banking services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for service improvement and process optimization.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of complex banking terms and financial products to clients.
- Process transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or the banking industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, MS Office, and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
