Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or the banking industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, MS Office, and customer relationship management software.
