Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from insurance policyholders with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer concerns, billing issues, and policy-related questions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of complex claims or policy adjustments.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols while managing sensitive information.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and quality scores.
  • Provide expert guidance on insurance product features and benefits to enhance customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education (any course).
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or insurance-related role is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and office software.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
