Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage details, and premiums.
  • Process insurance claims, policy renewals, and amendments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening and resolving issues with empathy.
  • Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and underwriters to resolve complex customer escalations.
  • Adhere to company quality standards, compliance regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products based on customer needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business, Finance, or Communications.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume BPO environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
