Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage details, and premiums.
- Process insurance claims, policy renewals, and amendments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening and resolving issues with empathy.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and underwriters to resolve complex customer escalations.
- Adhere to company quality standards, compliance regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products based on customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business, Finance, or Communications.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume BPO environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
