Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver prompt, empathetic customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical and billing inquiries with first-call resolution efficiency
- Build rapport while maintaining professional communication standards
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team to improve service processes
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 6 months+ customer service/call center experience
- Fluent in English and Tagalog communication
- Proficient in multitasking and problem-solving
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy with CRM software experience
- Positive attitude under pressure and conflict resolution skills
