Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional meet-and-greet services to passengers arriving at KLIA.
- Manage customer inquiries at the service desk regarding limousine and taxi bookings.
- Dispatch vehicles and drivers systematically to meet real-time passenger transportation needs.
- Monitor queue management to maintain order and ensure fair service distribution.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve service-related issues, and escalate concerns where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle dispatch and passenger bookings in the system.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and departures at designated boarding zones.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma holder in any field.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industries preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a busy airport environment.
