RecruitFirst is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional support through live chat platforms. Your focus will be on resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless, positive customer experience.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes.
- Adhere to company guidelines and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or live chat support.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
