- Handle customer inquiries regarding Easycash loan cancellation procedures
- Provide step-by-step guidance through loan cancellation documentation

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or financial services
- Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and financial regulations
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient with MS Office and customer relationship management systems
