Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to promote a comprehensive range of home appliances.
- Consult with customers to assess their needs and recommend the most suitable products.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Process orders, facilitate payments, and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve processes and sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be at least a Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
- With 6 months of Customer Service or Sales experience (BPO experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Willing to work onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City.
- Must be willing to work a Day Shift schedule.
- Applicants with knowledge or experience in home appliances or retail is an advantage.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or have a relevant working visa.
