Acquire Intelligence is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. As a key member of our staff, you will bridge the gap between our clients and our logistics network, ensuring that every shipment is tracked accurately and every customer inquiry is resolved efficiently. In this role, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls regarding order status, coordinate freight pickups and deliveries, and provide real-time updates to customers. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting logistics challenges, escalating complex issues to management when necessary, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics operations.
- Coordinate and schedule freight pickups and deliveries with third-party carriers and internal teams.
- Monitor real-time shipment tracking systems to provide accurate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve customer complaints and logistical issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, shipping orders, and delivery receipts.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Assist in the resolution of supply chain bottlenecks and escalate complex issues to the logistics manager.
- Perform data entry and reporting tasks to track key performance indicators and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or logistics coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Philippine logistics regulations and shipping terms is a plus.
