Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to Mainland China clients via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer needs
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an international setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends if required
