Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and billing concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders, transactions, and service requests accurately
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with patience and resilience under pressure
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications or service industries preferred
