- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns with patience and empathy.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in any field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo training and learning new processes.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
