As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in any field).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo training and learning new processes.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
