Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers regarding mortgage accounts, financial products, and banking services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer communication channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to mortgage applications, account balances, payment processing, and loan modifications
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system while adhering to data privacy and security protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution
- Continuously update knowledge of mortgage products, financial regulations, and company policies to provide accurate information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education in business, finance, or related field is preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in financial services, mortgage, or banking industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when handling customer accounts and transactions
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Basic understanding of financial products, mortgage processes, and banking regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
