Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email within specified SLAs
- Resolve product/service issues using troubleshooting techniques and product knowledge
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT, resolution rate, and response time targets
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with 1+ years of customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Proficient in CRM software and digital communication tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume environments
- Resilient under pressure with patience and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (min. 25 WPM)
