Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email within specified SLAs
  • Resolve product/service issues using troubleshooting techniques and product knowledge
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
  • Meet performance metrics including CSAT, resolution rate, and response time targets
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma with 1+ years of customer service/call center experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Indonesian and English
  • Proficient in CRM software and digital communication tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume environments
  • Resilient under pressure with patience and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (min. 25 WPM)
