In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their journey from initial order placement to final delivery is seamless and satisfactory. We are looking for individuals who are committed to maintaining and growing customer loyalty through proactive support and clear communication.

As a key member of our customer support team, you will handle a high volume of inquiries via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every interaction. Your ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a positive tone will be essential. You will collaborate closely with the logistics and sales departments to provide real-time updates on order status and resolve any discrepancies. We value a culture of continuous improvement, so you will also assist in identifying process enhancements that benefit both the customer and the company.

  • Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails from North American customers regarding orders, shipments, and product information with accuracy and empathy.
  • Order Processing: Process and verify customer orders in the CRM system, ensuring all details are correct before submission.
  • Shipment Tracking: Provide real-time updates on order status and delivery schedules to customers, coordinating closely with the warehouse and logistics team.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately record all customer interactions and data in the Customer Relationship Management system for future reference.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure all customer interactions align with Littelfuse’s service standards and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field or High School Diploma with relevant call center experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with US clients.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric attitude with a proven track record of building rapport.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Shift Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts to support North American business hours.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
