Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism.
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet individual and team performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive and high-energy team environment.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance performance and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- No BPO experience required; open to fresh graduates and career shifters.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer applications efficiently.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be based in Cebu or willing to commute to Cebu City.
