- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns and questions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality service.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge and service updates.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or equivalent; College level or degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- No prior BPO or call center experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to help others.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
