You will primarily handle non-voice channels (chat and email) with occasional voice support, ensuring that every customer inquiry is met with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email, live chat, and occasional inbound/outbound calls.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Document customer interactions and account updates clearly in our internal CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and resolution quality.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system tools.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college undergraduate/graduate.
- No BPO experience is required—we provide full, paid training for beginners.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple browser tabs/programs simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of patience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to undergo a fully virtual recruitment and onboarding process.
