Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a positive and professional attitude.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to ensure customer clarity.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or management immediately.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service processes and customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High School graduate or Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- No prior BPO or call center experience required. Training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules (Day, Night, or Graveyard shifts).
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
