Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to ensure customer clarity.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or management immediately.
  • Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service processes and customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • High School graduate or Bachelor’s Degree holder.
  • No prior BPO or call center experience required. Training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules (Day, Night, or Graveyard shifts).
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
