Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and account updates clearly in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including average handle time and quality scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and service procedures to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to share best practices and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to assist customers effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Open to Senior High School graduates or College Level students (with at least 72 units completed).
- No previous BPO or call center experience required; we welcome career shifters and first-time job seekers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new tools.
- Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site at our Shaw, Mandaluyong facility.
