Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions clearly in the internal database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot basic account or service issues using provided guidelines and tools.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates and College graduates/undergraduates.
- No BPO experience is required; we provide full training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with web-based tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-oriented mindset.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
- Ability to start as soon as possible.
