Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions clearly in the internal database.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot basic account or service issues using provided guidelines and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates and College graduates/undergraduates.
  • No BPO experience is required; we provide full training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with web-based tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible.
