Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service standards while meeting daily performance metrics.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the internal database.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to keep updated on new processes and technologies.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to Fresh Graduates, Senior High School (SHS) graduates, and College Undergraduates.
  • No prior BPO experience is required; we provide extensive training.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig City.
  • Capable of working in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
