- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding banking services
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Follow established banking protocols and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service skills through ongoing training
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required - we welcome fresh graduates
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office applications
- High school graduate or equivalent educational background
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
