Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by providing accurate information or troubleshooting solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and clear communication.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to reach individual and team-based KPIs.
- Adhere to operational policies, compliance standards, and data privacy protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (Senior High School or College graduates).
- No prior BPO or customer service experience required—we value potential and a positive attitude.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Reliable home internet connection for the virtual onboarding and work-from-home setup.
