- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and first-call resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further handling.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the client's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), average handling time (AHT), and attendance.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company protocols, data privacy standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School (SHS) graduate or equivalent; College graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- No prior BPO or call center experience is required for this role – we provide comprehensive paid training!
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer navigation skills and typing proficiency (at least 25 WPM).
- Willing to work onsite in San Lorenzo, Makati City.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Applicants must be Filipino citizens or residents with valid work documents.
