Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and digital platforms with high accuracy and professionalism
- Resolve product-related issues and process customer requests efficiently
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
- Provide feedback to enhance customer service processes and protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in CRM software, email platforms, and digital tools
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (non-voice preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Basic knowledge of automotive industry is advantageous
