- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of non-voice customer service experience
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Filipino

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
