Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries via email, live chat, or web-based ticketing systems.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality performance metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations while handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting peers.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months of previous experience in a BPO or customer-facing role (Non-voice experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written English communication skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and work in a dynamic team-oriented setting.
  • High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate.
