- Handle email and chat inquiries regarding products, services, and account details with high accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive tone.
- Update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and warranty inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
