Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally via chat, email, and other non-voice channels with an average response time of under 2 minutes
- Handle occasional voice calls when required, maintaining the same high standards of customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate, college graduate, or equivalent required; degree in any field is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Filipino is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and internet navigation)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in a dayshift schedule with weekends off
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
