Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries via live chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and empathetic written responses.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to troubleshoot complex customer concerns.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality Scores.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations while handling sensitive information.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and support protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Open to candidates with NO BPO EXPERIENCE (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and punctuation).
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with chat platforms.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site in Makati City.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
