- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other digital platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues and concerns with a high degree of empathy and efficiency.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all written communications.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education or a degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a non-voice capacity (chat/email support).
- Exceptional written communication and comprehension skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using computers, web browsers, and various office software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, combining remote and on-site work in Cebu City.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers.
