Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through written channels (chat and email).
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right systems and database tools.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document customer interactions, process customer accounts, and update records accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leaders and quality assurance specialists to continuously improve communication and service delivery.
- Identify customer needs and clarify information to resolve complaints effectively on the first contact.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; College graduates or undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Filipino, with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Minimum typing speed of 35-40 words per minute (WPM) with at least 90% accuracy.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a BPO, customer service, or non-voice chat support role is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
