Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex cases
- Adhere to service level agreements and quality standards
- Document interactions and track resolutions in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer applications
