As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support through various non-voice channels including email, chat, and social media. While occasional voice calls may be required, 90% of your interactions will be through written communication, allowing you to build strong customer relationships at your own pace.

- Provide exceptional customer support through non-voice channels including email, chat, and social media
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Occasionally handle customer support through voice calls when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time and resolution rate
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates are welcome)
- No BPO experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with software applications
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
