Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via chat, email, or other non-voice channels.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and efficient information.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure team KPIs and quality standards are met.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to telecommunications services.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy protocols, and attendance guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with web-based applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the BPO industry.
