Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via email and chat channels with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and complaints regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and general assistance.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality assurance standards.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a neutral or UK accent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a non-voice customer service role, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
  • Strong typing speed and proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office-based setting.
  • High level of patience, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, as required by business needs.
