Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their orders.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to meet service standards.
- Adhere to company scripts and compliance policies at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
