Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a Senior High School graduate or possess a college degree.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using digital tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
