Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat channels to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction details within the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to meet departmental KPIs.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery and process improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards during every customer interaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (BPO experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing speed (at least 30-40 WPM) and proficiency with computer applications.
- Reliable home office setup including a computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
