Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Update and maintain accurate customer account information in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds in strict accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and team targets are met.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in real-time.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to service.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cebu, Central Visayas.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
