Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound customer communications regarding magazine subscriptions via phone, email, and chat
- Process subscription renewals, modifications, and cancellations using CRM systems
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and access issues for digital magazine platforms
- Upsell premium subscription packages and promotional offers to existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex platform-related inquiries
- Meet monthly performance metrics including call quality and resolution time targets
Kualifikasi
