Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality support to users via chat, email, and phone regarding their videosharing account experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to video playback, account accessibility, and content guidelines.
  • Analyze and document user feedback to help improve platform features and service protocols.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of platform policies and community standards to ensure a safe user environment.
  • Meet and exceed daily performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical discrepancies.
  • Assist users with billing inquiries, subscription management, and premium service activation.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment (voice or non-voice).
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Technically savvy with a strong interest in social media, video streaming platforms, and digital content.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Taguig City.
