Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and report to your Team Leader to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continuously improve service quality.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through proactive communication.
Kualifikasi
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Willingness to work in an onsite environment in Iloilo City.
- High School Graduate or College Level/Degree holder.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and business needs.
